Delivery
Orders are shipped Tuesday on an ‘overnight’ service for delivery the following morning. Expected timeline for delivery is the next business day following the dispatch of the order.
The cut-off for orders is Thursday evening to be shipped the following Tuesday. Please contact us if you have different delivery requirements and we will do our best to meet your requirements.
PLEASE NOTE: We currently only deliver door to your door in Urban delivery areas. For Rural Deliveries, delivery will be to your nearest NZ Couriers depot/agency - please advise the address of your nearest agency or depot if you are a rural address. Please drop us an email at orders@pearlpastures.com to arrange this before you purchase, and we will try our best to find a suitable solution..
Unfortunately, as this is a perishable product, we cannot be sure that our products will arrive to Rural Delivery areas in time. For this reason, only addresses reachable on an overnight courier service can be delivered to - this is why we use agencies and depot for delivery in rural areas..
All packages will be shipped with authority to leave instructions.
