Our racks come with 4 ribs, but we can supply anything from 3-7 ribs if you prefer, just let us know and we’ll do our best for you.
The rib eye is the one veal steak that does include a little bit of fat, which is lovely and soft polyunsaturated fat naturally high in Omega fats compared to other red meats. A perfect piece of meat for our rib roast recipe, and to quite frankly really impress whoever you want to. One of our favourites!

Delivery
Orders are shipped Tuesday on an ‘overnight’ service for delivery the following morning. Expected timeline for delivery is the second business day following the order. The cut-off for orders is Thursday evening to be shipped the following Tuesday. Please contact us is you have different delivery requirements and we will do our best to meet your requirements.
PLEASE NOTE: We currently only deliver door to your door in Urban delivery areas. For Rural Deliveries, delivery will be to your nearest NZ Couriers depot/agency - please advise the address of your nearest agency or depot if you are a rural address.
Unfortunately, as this is a perishable product, we cannot be sure that our products will arrive to Rural Delivery areas in time. For this reason, only addresses reachable on an overnight courier service can be delivered to - this is why we use agencies and depot for delivery in rural areas..
Rural delivery is possible if organised pre-purchase. We can and do deliver to local depots for collection by customers. Please drop us an email at orders@pearlpastures.com to arrange this before you purchase, and we will try our best to find a suitable solution.
All packages will be shipped with authority to leave instructions.
