Delivery
PLEASE NOTE:
Unfortunately, as this is a perishable product, we cannot be sure that our products will arrive to Rural Delivery areas in time. For this reason, only addresses reachable on an overnight courier service can be delivered to.
Rural delivery is often possible if organised pre-purchase. We can and do deliver to local depots for collection by customers. Please drop us an email at orders@pearlpastures.com to arrange this before you purchase, and we will try our best to find a suitable solution.
For any orders that are placed with a Rural Delivery address without prior arrangement, we will have to contact you to arrange a refund or discuss alternative delivery options.
TIMING ON DELIVERY: Orders are shipped once a week on Tuesday on an ‘overnight’ courier service for delivery the next morning, Wednesday. That is: An order placed on a Tuesday through until Monday would be prepared and shipped on Tuesday for delivery Wednesday. If you have other delivery requirements, please contact us before you order.
All packages will be shipped with authority to leave instructions.
